Your favorite fruits in season
1/4 cup of sugar
1 fresh lemon
Prepare citrus syrup by heating up 3 tbsp of water and lemon juice from freshly squeezed lemon in a small pot. Add sugar and a drop of vanilla extract. Heat until sugar melts into a syrup consistency. Stir and set aside to cool. Cut up fruits. In this recipe I used mango, blue berries, strawberries, pomegranates, and red seedless grapes . pour syrup over fruits, chill and serve.
